What is the Sunshine Car Wash Club?
The Sunshine Car Wash Club is a monthly plan that gives you unlimited washes per month for one low monthly fee. Wash any day of the week for less than $2 a day, without having to check in at the pay station.
How do I sign up for the unlimited club?
You can sign up for the Unlimited Club online or at any of our locations.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed for your membership at the beginning of every month.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
You can change your license plate information online under manage membership or you can talk to an employee at any of our locations.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your membership online or at any of our locations.
What happens when I cancel my unlimited plan?
You will no longer be billed for your membership when you cancel.
What is the maximum number of times I can wash my car per month as a member?
Members can wash their cars every day once a day.
Are the Sunshine Car Wash vacuums FREE?
Yes! Every Sunshine Car Wash guest has access to FREE vacuum use.
Are electric cars safe in your tunnel?
It is absolutely safe for electric cars to drive in our tunnels.
Does Sunshine Car Wash use soaps, detergents, and waxes that are safe for my car?
Absolutely! All of Sunshine Car Wash chemistry is of the highest quality and is made to enhance your vehicle, not harm it.
Does Sunshine Car Wash have a big buff wheel to polish my car?

Does Sunshine Car Wash have tire shine?
Tire shine is included in Deluxe Wash, Ultimate Wash, and Works Wash. Tire shine gives your tires a long-lasting, high-gloss shine.
How long does Sunshine Car Wash take?
The Sunshine Car Wash wash process takes less than 5 minutes! Save time and enjoy a clean and brilliant car wash in no time at all!
What forms of payment can I use at Sunshine Car Wash?
Sunshine Car Wash accepts debit, credit, and cash. Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do I stay inside my car?
Yes, please remain in your vehicle throughout the wash process. Ensure you have your vehicle in neutral, keep your foot off the brake and hands off the steering wheel. Enjoy the ride!
Why do you use self-serve pay stations?
Our self-serve pay stations offer a “no pressure” purchasing experience. We offer Unlimited Plans as well as Gift Cards for purchase at the pay station. If you have trouble, please let one of our attendants know, and they will assist you with your transaction.
Does Sunshine Car Wash scratch cars?
The fabric used is an industry-standard known as Neoglide. It inhibits water and dirt absorption preventing build up of paint harming debris. Our curtains are made of non-looped, non-absorbant backed polyester fabric that cannot retain debris. All fabric is consistently rinsed with every wash.
Are You Locally Owned?
Yes. We are owned and operated by proud Clearwater residents.
Do you recycle your water?
We recycle 80 percent of our water using a reclaim process including reverse osmosis and spot free purification. We use less than 33 gallons of water per wash to ensure our commitment to providing a green business and minimizing our footprint.
Does Sunshine Car Wash have a touchless option?
We do not, we use a brushless process that utilizes soft foam fingers and mild cleaners to gently wash the exterior of your vehicle.
Do you offer any interior services?
Yes, at our full service location.
We are an exterior-only service, however, we do have free vacuums on site and offer various cleaning products inside.
Will my vehicle fit?
We cannot accept vehicles that sit lower than 4.5”, tires wider than 13”, height clearance over 7’4”, dually’s, and trucks or vans with ladders.
Do you offer a mat cleaning service?
We do! After receiving your wash feel free to reach out to an employee on site and we will be happy to clean off your floor mats free of charge!
Will a cracked windshield be safe inside the wash?
Yes. However, if windshield glass is compromised with any rock chips, even small ones. It becomes more susceptible to expanding with changes in temperature. So while you will be safe to wash your vehicle with windshield damage, you are at risk of expanding chips or cracks in your windshield. It is always best to repair windshield damage immediately after it happens.
